Controller crash via malformed CIP Forward Close

Improper input validation in Rockwell Automation Micro850 L50E and Micro870 L70E V20.011 through V22.011 allows remote attackers to crash controllers. The CIP Forward Close handler improperly processes malformed network packets, placing the controller in a solid-red fault state and making it unresponsive. No authentication or user interaction is required; a power cycle leaves fault code 0xF015, and clearing the recoverable fault is required to restore operation.
