Stored script injection via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in Avishi WP PayPal Payment Button 2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject stored scripts via forged requests. The index.php settings page accepts state-changing input without valid nonce verification and saves attacker-controlled script content. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow a crafted link or submit a forged form, after which the stored script executes in affected site pages.
