Unauthenticated file deletion via unchecked action path

Path traversal in Aaron D. Campbell Attachment Manager 2.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary server files. The handle_actions() function uses an action-supplied file path for deletion without adequately restricting it to the intended directory. No authentication or interaction is required, and deleting a critical file such as wp-config.php can lead to remote code execution.
