Database disclosure via unprepared order_by SQL clause
Published Jul 18, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Time-based SQL injection in WPMU DEV Forminator 1.45.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract database data. In class-form-entry-model.php, a database query incorporates the user-supplied order_by value without sufficient escaping or parameterized preparation. Administrator-level WordPress access is required; successful exploitation permits time-based extraction of sensitive database information.
