Stored XSS in Exchange Reporter Plus 5723 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to create privileged accounts via Public Folders reports. ManageEngine has not disclosed which Public Folders report field stores attacker-controlled markup or where output encoding fails. Exploitation requires low privileges and a user to view the poisoned report; successful script execution grants unauthorized application access.
