Browser data access via stored script injection
Published Jul 14, 2025 · Updated Jul 14, 2025
Stored XSS in ASUSTOR Data Master (ADM) 4.1.0 through 4.3.3.RH61 and 5.0.0 through 5.0.0.RIN1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. The flaw affects File Explorer and Text Editor 1.0.0.r112 and earlier, but ASUSTOR has not disclosed which field stores attacker input or where output encoding fails. Low-privileged access is required to store the payload, and another user must view it; execution can read browser-held cookies or other sensitive data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
