Authenticated command execution via tcpcheck system call

Command injection in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands via a crafted HTTP POST request. The clearPairCfg handler passes the ip value through safe_cs_pub to tcpcheck_net, which inserts it into a tcpcheck command executed by system. Low-privilege management access is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands on the router.
