CVE-2025-7614Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Remote command execution via unsanitized ipAddr system call

Published Jul 14, 2025 · Updated Jul 15, 2025

Command injection in TOTOLINK T6 4.1.5cu.748 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through a crafted HTTP POST request. The delDevice handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes ipAddr through safe_cs_pub to tcpcheck_net, which embeds it in a system call without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Low-privileged access to the router service is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the CGI process's privileges.
