Unauthenticated database manipulation via unvalidated ID
Published Jul 14, 2025 · Updated Jul 14, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Job Diary 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the id parameter in view-cad.php. The page places the GET id value directly into a MySQL query without validation, escaping, or parameter binding, enabling boolean-, error-, and time-based injection. No login is required, and the public proof of concept demonstrates database-content inference and query manipulation; broader host compromise is not established.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
