Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized ID parameter
Published Jul 14, 2025 · Updated Jul 15, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Job Diary 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify database data through the view-emp.php ID parameter. The view-emp.php handler inserts the GET id value directly into an SQL query without sanitization, validation, or parameter binding. No authentication is required; crafted boolean-, error-, or time-based inputs can disclose database contents or alter data within the database account's privileges.
