Authenticated SQL injection via teammember parameter

SQL injection in PHPGurukul Online Fire Reporting System 1.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter database data via add-team.php. The /admin/add-team.php handler incorporates the teammember request parameter into an SQL command without proper neutralization. An authenticated session is required, and successful injection executes attacker-controlled SQL against the application database.
