Database read and modification via teamid SQL injection

SQL injection in PHPGurukul Online Fire Reporting System 1.2 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via teamid. The assigned-requests.php handler fails to neutralize the teamid request argument before using it in an SQL command; public records do not identify the exact query-building statement. Access to the administrator interface is required, and successful exploitation permits reading or modifying application database records.
