Authenticated database access via concatenated position ID
Published Jul 14, 2025 · Updated Jul 14, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Voting System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through the admin panel. The positions_edit.php handler concatenates the POST id value directly into an UPDATE statement without parameter binding. A valid administrator session is required, and exploitation can expose or modify the application's database without user interaction.
