Authenticated SQL injection via unquoted voter ID
Published Jul 14, 2025 · Updated Jul 14, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Voting System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data via a crafted ID. /admin/voters_edit.php inserts the POST id value directly into a SELECT query without quoting, validation, or parameter binding. An admin session is required to reach the voter-edit endpoint, and injected SQL executes with the application's database privileges.
