Unauthenticated code execution via unchecked cover upload
Published Jul 13, 2025 · Updated Jul 14, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in CampCodes Online Movie Theater Seat Reservation System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code. The save_movie handler accepts the cover multipart field without checking its type or extension and writes it into the web-accessible assets/img directory. No authentication is required, so a crafted PHP upload can create a reachable web shell and run code with the web server process privileges.
