Admin database disclosure via unsanitized uid query
Published Jul 13, 2025 · Updated Jul 15, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul User Management System 3.3 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through uid. The admin/user-profile.php handler places the uid GET value directly inside a quoted SELECT on the users table without validation, sanitization, or parameter binding. An administrator session is required; successful exploitation exposes user records and database structure, while broader write or execution impact is not established.
