Authenticated code execution via unchecked page length
Published Jul 12, 2025 · Updated Jul 15, 2025
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda FH451 1.0.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted HTTP POST request. The fromNatlimit function passes the page parameter from /goform/Natlimit to sprintf without checking its length, overflowing a stack buffer. Low-privileged access to the HTTP management handler is required; the resulting memory corruption crashes the process or redirects execution.
