Root command execution via default Telnet credentials

Hard-coded credentials in Shenzhen Liandian Communication Technology V380 IP Camera 1.0.6.0 allow remote attackers to gain a root shell. The default-enabled Telnet service on TCP port 23 accepts an undocumented root account with a fixed password that documented interfaces cannot disable or change. Any network path to port 23 permits command execution, filesystem and camera-feed access, and complete device control without prior credentials.
