XML injection in Zoho Corporation ManageEngine Endpoint Central 11.4.2516.1 and earlier allows local users to perform admin-only actions. The parser accepts reserved words and special characters in XML elements, allowing crafted files to alter XML syntax or content. A non-admin product account and certain undisclosed conditions are required; successful exploitation permits actions normally restricted to administrators.
