Resource exhaustion in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users with specific permissions to interrupt service via HTTP response processing. GitLab has not published the affected code path or the resource that HTTP response processing allocates without an enforced limit. Exploitation requires an authenticated account with specific permissions and affects 8.3 through 18.4.4, 18.5 through 18.5.2, and 18.6.0; the reported consequence is service interruption.
