Device crash via unchecked destIP stack copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda O3V2 1.0.0.12(3880) allows remote authenticated users to crash the device via a crafted destIP value. The fromSpeedTestSet handler for /goform/setRateTest copies the unbounded destIP parameter into a stack-local buffer, overwriting its return address. The published proof of concept requires a logged-in web session and demonstrates persistent httpd service failure; code execution is claimed but not demonstrated.
