Private-key extraction via unblinded Curve25519 operations

Physical side-channel exposure in wolfSSL 5.8.0 allows physically proximate attackers to extract Curve25519 private keys. The base C implementation performs private-key scalar multiplication without blinding in the affected operations, leaving power or electromagnetic traces correlated with secret values. Exploitation requires specialized measurement equipment and an applicable base-C build; ARM or Intel assembly, small-footprint Curve25519, and hardware-offload builds are unaffected.
