Unauthenticated package creation via trusted Host header

Improper access control in pyLoad 0.5.0b3.dev77 and earlier allows remote attackers to create arbitrary packages through its web UI. The local_check wrapper trusts an attacker-controlled Host header as proof of loopback origin, so 127.0.0.1:9666 reaches protected Click'N'Load routes. No authentication or user interaction is required; the request must reach an exposed Click'N'Load endpoint, and exploitation alters the download queue.
