Account takeover via mismatched RefreshSignInAsync identity

Weak authentication in Microsoft ASP.NET Core 6.0.0 through 6.0.36 allows remote authenticated users to assume another account. RefreshSignInAsync replaces the current sign-in identity with its user argument without adequately verifying that the argument represents the already authenticated user. An application must expose a path that calls this method with attacker-influenced user data; successful exploitation grants the privileges of the substituted account.
