Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized username
Published Jul 8, 2025 · Updated Jul 8, 2025
SQL injection in code-projects Library System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data via the Username field. The add-student.php endpoint embeds the POST username value directly in an SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding. No authentication is required; demonstrated boolean-, error-, and time-based payloads can expose or manipulate database contents and interrupt service.
