Authenticated database manipulation via unsanitized candidate ID
Published Jul 7, 2025 · Updated Jul 8, 2025
SQL injection in CampCodes Advanced Online Voting System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database data via a crafted id parameter. The /admin/candidates_delete.php handler places the POST id value directly into a MySQL query without sanitization or parameter binding. A valid backend PHP session is required; boolean-, error-, and time-based payloads read, modify, or delete database data.
