Authenticated script execution via unneutralized SVG payload
Published Jul 7, 2025 · Updated Jul 7, 2025
Cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Best Salon Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a user's browser. The Update Staff Page endpoint /panel/edit_plan.php accepts a crafted SVG onload payload and places it into page output without neutralizing the markup. An authenticated account and user interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled JavaScript in the affected application's origin.
