Code execution via undetected myeval reduce payload

Detection bypass in picklescan before 0.0.33 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a malicious pickle file. The scanner treats a reduce payload calling numpy.f2py.crackfortran.myeval as safe instead of flagging the callable and its attacker-controlled expression. Execution requires a recipient to rely on the clean scan result and load the pickle, which runs the expression with the loading process's privileges.
