Code execution via omitted unsafe-global blocklist entry

Scanner bypass in picklescan before 0.0.28 allows attackers to conceal code-executing calls in malicious pickle files. The unsafe-global classifier omits torch.fx.experimental.symbolic_shapes.ShapeEnv.evaluate_guards_expression from its blocklist, so scans do not mark the callable as dangerous. Execution occurs only after a victim trusts the scan result and loads the crafted file, whose reduce method evaluates attacker-controlled Python code.
