Code execution via omitted SetText blocklist entry

Detection bypass in picklescan before 0.0.29 allows remote attackers to conceal arbitrary code in a crafted pickle file. The scanner's unsafe-global blocklist omits idlelib.debugobj.ObjectTreeItem.SetText, so a reduce-method reference to it is not flagged as dangerous. Code execution occurs only after a user trusts the scan result and loads the file with pickle.load(), which invokes the embedded command under that user's privileges.
