Code execution via undetected load_config reduce call

Detection bypass in picklescan before 0.0.28 allows remote attackers to conceal code execution in crafted pickle files. The scanner treats a reduce method that calls torch.utils._config_module.load_config as safe, although load_config deserializes an attacker-supplied nested pickle payload. Execution occurs only after a recipient relies on the clean scan result and loads the file with pickle.load, allowing the payload to run with that process's privileges.
