Arbitrary command execution via unsafe-global blocklist omission

Detection bypass in picklescan before 0.0.30 allows remote attackers to conceal arbitrary command execution in crafted pickle files. The scanner's unsafe-global blocklist omits lib2to3.pgen2.pgen.ParserGenerator.make_label, so a reduce callable containing an attacker-controlled label expression is reported as safe. A user or application must trust the clean result and then deserialize the file, causing the supplied commands to run with the loading process's privileges.
