Account takeover via unverified recovery email change
Published Jun 23, 2026 · Updated Jun 23, 2026
Unverified email change in Flowise before 3.0.10 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts through the profile endpoint. The profile update flow accepts a replacement login and recovery email without confirming it through the old address or requiring the current password. Any authenticated account can redirect password recovery, enabling takeover of that same account without additional user interaction.
