Application hang via zero-size image boxes

Infinite-loop denial of service in image-size 1.1.0 through 1.2.1 and 2.0.0 through 2.0.2 allows remote attackers to hang applications. The JXL extractPartialStreams loop and analogous HEIF box traversal add an attacker-controlled zero size to the current offset, so parsing never advances. Exploitation requires a consuming Node.js process to pass an untrusted JXL or HEIF buffer to the package, after which its event loop remains blocked.
