Sensitive file disclosure via unchecked chatId traversal

Path traversal in Flowise before 3.0.6 allows remote attackers to read files under its data directory through crafted chatId values. streamStorageFile() checks containment before constructing an unchecked fallback path without orgId, allowing chatId traversal beyond storage. No authentication is required; a leaked valid chatflowId enables disclosure of the default SQLite database and its API keys.
