System hang via unrecovered GPU cache-flush timeout

Denial of service in Linux Kernel releases containing the affected panthor driver allows local users to hang the system via malformed GPU jobs. panthor_gpu_flush_caches waits for an acknowledgment when a blocked memory subsystem prevents a cache flush from completing, but the failure path neither schedules recovery nor clears pending_reqs. Exploitation requires local access and a system using the panthor GPU driver; the resulting failure blocks further flush commands and interrupts system availability.
