Kernel memory exhaustion via leaked NTFS3 mount options

Memory leak in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 6.19.3 allows local users to consume kernel memory through repeated NTFS3 mounts. ntfs_fill_super() clears fc->fs_private before ntfs_fs_free() can release the allocated ntfs_mount_options structure. Triggering the leak requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN because NTFS3 cannot be mounted from unprivileged user namespaces, bounding exposure to privileged local contexts.
