Stored cross-site scripting in Backdrop CMS GDPR Cookies before 1.x-1.3.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers. The YouTube service's optional Info content field accepts malicious markup without sufficient neutralization and later renders it to site visitors. Exploitation requires permission to create or edit GDPR Cookies services, a configured YouTube service, and a visitor who loads the affected output.
