System hang via NTFS3 lock-order inversion

Improper locking in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 6.19.3 allows local users to hang the system by reading compressed NTFS3 files. ntfs_read_folio acquires ni_lock before ni_read_folio_cmpr locks every page in a compressed frame, while concurrent readahead can hold a frame page and wait for ni_lock. Reachability requires concurrent access to compressed NTFS3 data, and the resulting circular wait interrupts the system without reported data disclosure or modification.
