Local service disruption via duplicate clock disable

Resource-management error in the Linux kernel cadence-quadspi driver allows local users to disrupt availability during device probing. The cqspi_probe error path calls pm_runtime_disable while also manually disabling the controller's main clock, causing runtime PM and probe cleanup to release the same clock reference. Triggering requires active runtime PM and a missing or malformed flash device-tree description; the documented result is a duplicate-disable warning from the clock subsystem.
