Kernel warning via powered-off RF register access

Improper hardware-state handling in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through nl80211. rtw8822b_set_antenna() calls rtw8822b_config_trx_mode(), which reads RF registers even when the RTL8822B chip is powered off. Reachability requires local access, an RTL8822B device using rtw88, and an antenna-setting request while the chip is powered off.
