System crash via premature MHI receive callback

Race condition in the Linux Kernel QRTR driver allows local users to crash affected systems through MHI IPCR DL channel activity. The MHI auto_queue path can invoke dl_callback before QRTR probe initialization completes, so the callback dereferences uninitialized client structures. Exposure requires an affected kernel on hardware using the IPCR download channel; the observed consequence is a NULL-pointer crash that can disrupt boot.
