Authenticated script execution via unsanitized category JSON
Published Mar 22, 2026 · Updated Mar 22, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Alinto SOGo before 5.12.5 allows remote authenticated users to run script through crafted category data. Four contact, list, appointment, and task editor paths parse request-body JSON before removing HTML injection from category fields. A low-privileged account can store script-bearing category content that executes in the web interface, exposing data or actions within another user's session.
