Authenticated code execution via VIEWSTATE deserialization

Deserialization in BMC FootPrints ITSM 20.20.02 through 20.24.01.001 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via VIEWSTATE. BaseFacesStateManager.GetStateFromClient Base64-decodes the form value and passes attacker-controlled bytes to ObjectInputStream.readObject without integrity validation. A valid application session is required; a separate authentication bypass can remove that gate, and a demonstrated gadget chain writes an executable JSP.
