Authenticated SSRF via unchecked RSS feed URL

Blind SSRF in BMC FootPrints ITSM 20.20.02 through 20.24.01.001 allows remote authenticated users to trigger outbound requests. The externalfeed/RSS endpoint accepts a feedUrl parameter and directs the server to fetch that address without adequate destination validation. A valid session is required; crafted requests can reach internal services or consume server resources until availability is degraded.
