System crash via NULL request-pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel qla2xxx driver allows remote attackers to crash systems during fabric asynchronous scans. The qla_fab_async_scan cleanup path accesses resources through its srb_t sp argument without first confirming that the pointer is non-NULL. Exposure requires the qla2xxx driver and a Fibre Channel fabric event that initiates the asynchronous scan; the reported consequence is a kernel crash.
