Local system crash via interrupt-context DMA free

Race condition in the Linux kernel qla2xxx driver allows local users to crash systems by unloading the module during a fabric scan. Setting UNLOADING suppresses allocation of a queued work item, so qla24xx_sp_unmap calls dma_free_attrs for mapped memory from interrupt context. Exploitation requires a QLogic Fibre Channel HBA and precise overlap between module unload and active fabric discovery; normal steady-state operation is unaffected.
