Local storage interruption via illegal clock reduction

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases starting at 6.0 allows local users to disrupt MMC storage through debugfs. dwcmshc_rk3568_set_clock() accepts a requested clock below 52 MHz while HS200 or HS400 is active, although Rockchip DWC MSHC requires at least 52 MHz, breaking the link. Local users must be able to write the MMC debugfs clock control on a Rockchip RK3588 system in HS200 or HS400 mode; triggering it causes CQE recovery failures and interrupts storage access.
