Local system crash via device-tree index

Out-of-bounds array access in Linux Kernel 4.17 allows local users to crash STM32-based systems during USB PHY device probing. The STM32 USB PHY probe path accepts a device-tree index equal to usbphyc->nphys because its bounds check uses > instead of >=, then indexes usbphyc->phys[] one element past the array. Exploitation requires local access and a crafted STM32 USB PHY device tree; the bounded consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
