Service interruption via leaked mailbox device references

Device-reference leak in Linux Kernel allows local users to impair availability through bcm-sba-raid driver lifecycle events. The sba_probe error paths and sba_remove omit put_device() after retaining the mailbox platform device, leaving its reference count elevated. The affected driver must encounter a probe failure or be unbound; published sources do not identify a low-privilege trigger or the exact service-interruption mode.
